We understand that things come up and ask that if you need to cancel your appointment you give at least 48 hour notice. Appointments cancelled less then 48 hours in advance may be subject to a fee. No shows/no calls WILL be subject to a fee and a pre-payment to secure a rescheduled appointment. Although we understand that things come up if you don't call your provider to let them know, they are missing out on filling that appointment time, therefore, missing out on making money. They don't get paid unless they have a client to work on.
We do provide kids cuts and kids are welcome in the salon, however, if you're scheduled for a long service appointment we ask for you to find care for your child. Appointments over an hour long is too long for little ones to sit and entertain themselves.
